Hi there, Have to relist this as my last and another contractor screwed me. Sick and tire of being cheated!!! Like to hire a contractor who is a pro with Sweet Home 3D to correct, improve and spice up my design so that it is more photorealistic. Attached are samples of what I have designed and from which you will be working with. Your skill must be proficient and able to produce close to Photo Realistic finishes for presentations. I will need six of my designs to be tidied and populated in real backgrounds for accurate representation. Best of all is that all designs are very similar to each other as I like to ensure smooth transitions of designs to ensure brand recognition. Requirements: Another disappointment from two contractors that was hired three weeks ago. Please don't bid if you lack the skills and time to do the work. What I'm after is for an Architect who is able to help: 1) Refine my designs 2) Provide working drawings for construction which also needs to include materials breakdowns and cost estimates 3) Convert them to Photorealistic 3D images for presentation and stage them in real life backdrops 4) Do an animated 1.5 - 3 mins short animation of the design to showcase its features 5) Able to design on Enscape (Ideal) or Sketchup and Lumion to finish off. 5) All works are confidential not to be shared 6) All work products and source codes are to be sent through with day to day progress snapshots As an example of the quality of the finish and animated presentations, I have included a link so that you know what the end of the project is to look like. If you cannot deliver to this quality, then please do not bid and waste my time. This is my other current Architect's work which will give you what the end product of each model will look like both in quality and presentation.
