I was the design head for the SAEINDIA BAJA & Supra events for 3 years. Designed the whole BAJA BUGGY chassis in CATIA. The pic attached by in the project is very similar to that of what i have designed.

I'm going to be honest with you its a big job you will have to spend a lot of time on the project to prefect it i can give you 2D drawings and then 3D drawing to give a full alliteration of the Caravan i have resonantly designed a camping trailer for my current work you can go google it just search "invader duo trailer" i had to redesign that trailer just from those images cause the company i'm working for does trailer bodies so ha to make a 3D drawing for them so that they can start building the "invader" so it will be no challenge for to design yours for you and also can give the list of materials with sizes but the Choice lies with you.
