DirectX Video Acceleration class

I need a C++ class to decompress MPEG4 or h.264 video and display it on the screen using DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA). The class should have the following methods: 1- I can pass it the path of a local AVI file. The software will then decompress and display the video using the GPU's decompression accelerator. The audio should be decoded by any means and played at the same time. If the GPU does not support accelerated decompression for that compression format then the CPU should be used using the appropriate codec which has already been installed. This will probably be done using DirectShow. 2- I can pass a single frame of compressed video and it will be decoded and displayed immediately using the GPU's decompression accelerator. 3- A method that will tell me whether or not the GPU can support accelerated decompression for a specific codec. 4- A method that will tell me whether or not a specific codec is installed for decoding on the CPU in the case where the GPU does not support that specific codec. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
