Bootstrap HTML5 look required for outdated open source COMMUNITY project

We're looking for someone to re-do the entire look of an open source project, someone to make it look current. We're looking for someone that can work independently, with minimal guidance, and just do what they know best. It is currently using a very old EXT js library, and we'd like to update that, add some css styling to the whole page. Ideally we'd like someone that can integrate bootstrap and some bootstrap plugins. If interested please let me know what you're looking to use, i.e. twitter bootstrap, jQuery UI, etc.. or keep extjs, update it to 5. One of the key benefits of this project is that it is _so_ nimble and lightweight. We do not want to make it resource hungry, just nicer to look at. Bootstrap things we want in the website - Sticky Header - Navbars - Drop down menus - Buttons updated - System messages to show in alerts - Better hover visibility - Spacing and field sizing - Updated form components, pagination, breadcrumbs, search, tabs, progress bar - Collapsable grouping for tabs in view. ( press + in a multi-tabbed view to see what it looks like now ) What we'd lovve to have if not too much trouble: - Replace the calendar with a bootstrap calendar. date range picker type - Replace the calendar in tasks with a date-time picker bootstrap type. - bootstrap lightbox instead of our current lightbox. - bootstrap image gallery instead of our current one.. - tableclothjs - fuel ux implementation would solve 90% of the design. -selectboxit -tabdrop -tooltip
