SUMMARY We are looking for a simple 6 page website for which we will provide the text and some pictures, some pictures (stock photos) may be added by the designer. Main job is developing a back-end portal for staff to log in to to enter data, pictures, documents, and the entire site will be hosted by a linux-based vps. ------- Details as follows: Website Design: Ayoun al badr website: Very simple sleek layout with a central “bubble” (rounded square) with several tabs at the top. It is important to pay attention to our colour scheme, try and make it all look cohesive. These are simple one page descriptive writing pages with some flash graphics if we like and some pictures on the side Company portal: We want the following different staff to be able to log in to this portal and do the following: - Field staff login: different areas for different projects o To upload pictures o To upload site reports - Maintenance staff login: different areas for different projects o To enter daily site visit data o To fill maintenance and repair reports o To upload pictures o To download software - Logistic staff to enter shipment data - Admin staff to enter and monitor staff data - Visitors to access files we upload for them to download An administrator front end will have to be arranged to allow access to different data to different users. We will provide templates for 2-3 types of projects, and for site visits and repairs. How to structure this all properly is to be conveyed by the developer. We must be able to generate different types of reports from the data that is collected in the database such as monthly activity reports, reports based on activity, date, or user. We would like a back-end such as sql or other high level open-sourced database for easy transport to other vps as required. We are not adverse to providers utilizing platforms such as drupal for this work, however, the overall outcome must be of high calibre. Short listed applicants will be sent further details by email.
