android mock location sample code - open to bidding

I need a sample android java code to override the GPS locations. The android based phone has GPS capability. When a location based app launches (google map), it uses GPS location reported from a GPS module. I need to app (sample code) to discard the GPS data from the GPS module, and override with my own GPS location that I can define. The overridden GPS data should be applied to any location based app on the phone. Test: 1) when the mock location app is not running, the google map (or any map app) shows my physical location. 2) when the mock location app (I supply any latitude/longitude) is running, the google map (or any map app) shows my location as the location defined in the mock location app. I need the full source code in the eclipse project and for android I need this app work with imei verification and if tray to install in another device no work I want to modify imei in source code for each device
