Looking to enhance the looks of a website that is being developed. We have great developers, but our developers are artistically challenged. Scope of project 1) Create a high performing, well designed landing page. 2) Create a search and search results page. 3) Landing page includes header and footer for use throughout the website. Ideally, we would like some CSS and HTML with proper animations configured, so HTML knowledge is a plus. Code should work on latest versions of major browsers. Website currently uses bootstrap 3. Graphics design knowledge is most likely required. There is a possibility of the scope increasing and an ongoing relationship. We are only looking for Freelancers residing in the United States. Must agree to Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to starting job.
