Wordpress landing page

We would like you to design a logo and website landing page for Word Press for our Internet a Dating Site. Our Dating site is called Uptown Dating and our target market is high-net worth, sophisticated, professionals who are serious and committed to find partners and meaningful relationships. This is not a pick-up / fling / player site, so should NOT look tacky, cheap, easy and playful. The 'look and feel' of the site should depict - stylish, sophisticated, elite, upmarket, professionals. Please see the screen shots attached of "E harmony", "Elite singles", and "Berkeley". We like the look and feel of those sites as they depict the above. Please use similar colors and "look and feel" as attached, when designing website landing page and logo. (Just a note on the photos used, photo should be square or rectangular and not in the shape of a country as per Eharmony.) If you are reading this and submit a tender start the subject with the words New [login to view URL], instead of having a picture of a single person, perhaps a happy and in love stylish, professional and sophisticated couple... We also like photos that scroll / flash eg single beautiful lady, gorgeous single man, happy and in love couple hugging or in each other's arms, and a happy couple on the beach or in front of a fire place ... Life style advertising comes to mind - someone has to look at our site, and feel they can be the person in love in front of the fire place, or or the beach, or on the boat soon if they join our site....
