build an Mobile Tile Game

I need to make a mobile tile game where the tiles can appear randomly from top, bottom,left and right of screen as well as in small groups in random places. The tiles need to be easily edited to add new images via drag/drop admin, and when touched on screen (zoom as a large image). The images will then be held in a viewable gallery to show which pictures a user has. The game should be fun and have children waiting for an image to zoom across the screen and then quickly catching it like a small animal. A sound warning to let the child know it is coming and use of the phone vibration to tease maybe it is or maybe not. The app will require social interaction with ability to invite and share tiles and news with others.
