clone to facebook app = gift creator

I am requesting a clone to the facebook app; gift creator.? I would like to have? admin area for? me to add my own banners and links, when i need to, banner on top and bottom of app, can accept pics, animations, and sound if need be with the pics or animations. and like the gift creator allow others to do the same.
