I need come work done to the homepage of a WordPress site. Right now it has 4 columns that auto fill with the most recent posts. I need that reduced to 3 columns and have the 4th (right) column become a sidebar area where sidebar content can be added through the admin (widgets). Additionally, would like the first row of posts on each page to remain static, so will need a way to specific which posts will stay in those three spots, it will be a total of 3 which will stay the same on each page of posts. Also need a simple google translate implementation so the language can be change. Would like this implemented as a tab on the right side of the screen.
