Convert MVC to Webform project

This is a VS2010 vb.net webform with ORACLE database project. Unless you have experience in vb.net and ORACLE, please don't bid. First step is that we need to have the project converted in webform (from mvc) - this is what this bidding project is about, and depending on how you do on this one, you will get the next part of the project. This could be a very long term project. I am attaching the MVC project and the template for webform. You will have to use the given template. While converting, we need to create database layer (which will make database tables strongly typed). You will have the Businss Layer on top of database layer, and then a webservice on top of Business Layer, and then the frontend will talk to the webservice. Everytime we update the tables in DB, we want to be able to re-generate the database class for that table and plug it in the project. You will also create the database side (tables, SPs, etc) for this project. Current MVC project is very simple, and has only couple of forms (I think), but once converted we will be adding lots and lots of new forms. Attached are three folders, current MVC project, coding standards that you have to follow and template for the webform that you have to use. While converting, if you have any recommendations then let me know. You will send me updated code DAILY (no exceptions). You will also add me to MSN or SKYPE so that we can communicate while you are doing the conversion. Thanks
