Find UK Distressed Sellers

I am a Property Investor operating throughout the UK but especially in the L, LL, SY, CW and CH post code areas. I source desperate sellers who need a fast sale or sale and rent back for a price of at least 20% discount to open market value. I am looking for someone to generate leads for me for which I will pay £6 per Lead and £10 per lead in the L, LL, SY, CW and CH post code areas. All leads must answer a 25 point questionaire and be contactable to qualify for payment. I will forward the questionaire to serious bidders only. ## Deliverables 1) To provide me with as many genuine leads as possible that have completed the 25 point questionaire and are contactable. 2) To suspend delivering leads as directed by the Buyer. 3) All lead details to be emailed to buyer as they are generated in table format. 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
