Please make a bid for a clone of the enclosed program. Program shows messages on the screen every XX miliseconds. it is possible to edit/add/delete messages as well as define where on the screen they should be shown and for how long time as well as the font type and "contrast" of the text (how black or greyscale the text should be). Must also be possible to define which background color/box color the text should have (white, black, yellow, light blue). Please see enclosed screendumps. Also write what relevant programs you have made before that are similar to this if any. program must come with a sort of un-lock function so user must provide an email address which is then verified on the server before program can be used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
