CSS Button Using Script and Provided PSD Button

Hello, Because I don't have a large budget, I will give you a great rating if you can complete this task. I would like to use the following PSD button provided to create the CSS script button that you see here: [login to view URL] Basically, I don't like the button on that page and I would like to get it replaced with the provided PSD's button. The new button should act like what you see on the above link (where I can press up and down on the button with the new PSD button incorporated). If you have any questions, please let me know.
