Customize publishing in YouTube

We have a requirement to publish our property listings in YouTube. The output will be: 1- Published YouTube Video 2- Description underneath the YouTube video Our site is a PHP website, and we want this functionality to run online, once a new listing introduced, the (wanted function) will be called to the following: 1- Get The required listing data 2- Format the desired YouTube Video 3- Publish the target YouTube video with associated description Our proposed solution to implement this functionality as follows: 1- Design HTML template for each frame wanted to be shown on the Video 2- Merge the HTML template with the dynamic data that is required (During the runtime) 3- Convert the HTML template into PDF or image 4- Convert all PDFs/Images into YouTube compatible video 5- Upload the video and the description into YouTube Alternative ideas and techniques are most welcome!
