We are a real estate investment and property management firm. We purchase residential properties, bring in investors and manage the daily operations for these properties. We have 2 areas where we would like to create a SFDC process. 1. A process to manage investors and prospects for new property purchases, and capture commitments for future deals. We have about 160 leads, and we need to manage and schedule meetings, capture the results of these meetings and ensure follow up. 2. A process to track and mange incoming emails to leasing agents filling apartments in the properties. Our leasing agents should be able to manage incoming emails, track and manage emails replies, and utilize email templates in their replies.

I propose the following approach: - two 1-hour requirments gathering sessions - one detailed functional specification describing the requirements and the work to be done to meet those requirements At this stage, I anticipate the functional specification would deliver on the requirements as follows: 1) Implementation of Sales Cloud inc: - modication to standard fields as required (setting up picklist values, renaming standard fields) - creation of custom fields at Account, Contact and Opportunity level (up to 20 per object) - modification to page layouts - set up of 1 sales process in Opportunities - creation of custom fields at the Activity level to track call outcomes - creation of up to 2 workflows to automate meeting follow ups - creation of 1 report to report on activities by client/lead and to ensure leads are not ignored 2) Outlook Integration and Email Templates - setup of 1 Salesforce for Outlook configuration - set up of integration between up to 2 members of staffs' outlook using the standard salesforce application (plus instructions on how to set up other staff members) - creation of up to 5 email templates for use from within salesforce Training: - delivery of training to up to 6 members of staff - provision of simple cheat sheets Assumptions: - all work to be completed remotely - no code to be implemented - Sales Cloud licenses are available Hold back 10% of fee as guarantee for 1 month following delivery of training Contact me for further information.
