A home page for T1RE PR1CE .CA - website about buying tires

The scope of this project is to design a home page (1 page) for the new website T1RE [login to view URL] (replace 1 with I in the domain name, I do not want this page to be found by search engines). I want somebody who can also pay attention to the MARKETING aspects of their web design and who can create quality looking page that achieves MARKETING results (see the mock). I am aware of such template generators as Artisteer, X Site Pro and other template / landing page generators, and I use it myself. I think this project needs some CUSTOM work. I dont mind if you borrow some elements from those generators, BUT majority should be custom work. The detailed mock with comments is included in the attached VISIO file ([login to view URL]). Please take a look. Aslo including a VISIO screenshot (PNG file) so you could take a quick look if you dont have a Visio yet. However, all the detailed info is inside Visio file. If you dont have Visio, its Ok, I will be able to convert it to some other format if I will select your bid. Project deliverable should include: 1) static HTML / Images, maybe CSS if you feel so. No javascript, no fancy DIVing CSSing, just TABLES are fine too :). Must look good in all FF, IE6-8, Chrome, Opera 2) Photoshop source for all graphics (buttons, logo, etc) Reasonable price of your bid is very important. However, I am not looking to press you for the lowest price. I am just looking for a reasonable price. First priority is the quality of your work. However, for this particular project, I would prefer to pay around $150. This is a "pilot marketing project" which is not expected to make money any time soon, so I just do not feel like paying > $150 for this particular one.
