Crossword puzzle creator in C#

We need some c# expert to develop a crossword creator. The software should input a list of words and place them horizontally and vertically in a crossword, determining which squares contains letters and which squares are blacked, etc. The square has an exact number of rows and columns. The creator also needs to automatically place black squares in between empty spaces.
