Convert Ufasoft Bitcoin Miner to Visual Studio 2010 to compile with no external dependencies

We need to convert the source code of the Ufasoft Bitcoin Miner to compile under Visual Studio with no external dependencies. All files requires to compile the project must be present in the project directory. Please find the miner here: <[login to view URL]> Sourcecode (password: bitcoin): [login to view URL] External dependencies can still be used as long as they are linked from the project folder. That means the project must compile in 32bit and 64bit on a new computer with a fresh VS2010 install with no prior configuration.
