Develop a Python Tool for managing personal expenses

I am looking for a Python developer to create a tool for managing personal expenses. The tool should have the following features: - Expense tracking: The tool should take my bank statements as input and track expenses across different categories like groceries, - Simple visualization: It should show simple visualisation like pie chart / bar chart for expense categories The level of user interaction expected in the tool is moderate, with a simple GUI. Users should be able to easily navigate and interact with the tool to input expenses, set budgets, and view visualizations. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Basic Accounting knowledge - Proficiency in Python - Experience developing GUI applications Please provide examples of previous projects and relevant experience when applying.
