We are looking for an exceptional and motivated Administration Assistant to work closely with the EA to the CEO to support the day to day running of the office, assist with internal comms employee engagement and work with the sales and marketing team on exciting new projects. If you’ve got experience working with, and being a trusted partner to a Leadership team and love building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and you’re always looking for ways to add value and make things more efficient – we look forward to hearing from you! In your new role, you will: Provide administration support to the Head Office Executive Team Manage the day to day running of Head Office Assist with internal communications and employee engagement Welcome on-site visitors and provide meeting support as required Co-ordinate travel and assist with internal and external events Assist the EA to CEO on lots of different projects and initiatives
