Treasurer and Corporate Secretary (Project Base)

Overview: Alcotech Pte Ltd, a Singaporean company, specializes in the wholesale of medical, professional, scientific, and precision equipment, and provides management consultancy services to healthcare organizations as a secondary activity. We have already established subsidiary companies throughout Southeast Asia, with ASEAN being our primary market focus. The Philippines is one of the countries where we intend to set up a company for the aforementioned purposes. In order to establish our business there, we require a local representative (Treasurer and Corporate Secretary). Subsequently, we will liaise with the Philippines FDA to register our medical devices. Although this is outside the remit of the company's local representative role, we mention this to keep you informed about our business. We have already hired a local specialist in the Philippines to manage this task on our behalf. Our Requirements: We are in need of a reliable local representative to take on the role of Treasurer and Corporate Secretary for our company in the Philippines. Compensation will be commensurate with the responsibilities involved. To foster trust, we are willing to disclose our business activities to the local representative, ensuring them of our completely legitimate and transparent operations. Skills Required: The candidate must have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be capable of efficiently managing fundamental financial and administrative responsibilities.
