implementation of metaheuristic algorithum in Matlab for deciding IP packet size on the basis of available bandwidth. my work is related to Blockchain, i want to make a flexible Block size and the flexiability is depends on the available bandwidth, if available bandwidth is low than block size will reduce and if bandwidth is high or normal than block size will increase, but there is a limit to increase the block size max blocksize can enhance up to 10 Mb and minimum 1 MB. by using Metaheuristic algorithm in Matlab we will show the variation in block size and than on the basis of Matlab simulation optimum block size will be finalized.
