Developer required for video workflow and play out.

We are looking for a freelance developer that can help us on an adhoc basis with our new video platform. Our workflow is built on AWS MediaLive, EC2 Instances, and Akamai, currently we work this manually and we need this automating, there's lots to do but first we need a website developing we require a controller page to control and automate other multiple landing webpages to include: 1. Inserting a countdown timer (have code) with a background image 2. At the end of the countdown to optionally display a message with a background image 3. To be able to replace countdown & image with a video player 4. To be able to replace the video at any time on the site in case of technical difficulties 5. To be able to create an embed code from the above individual pages for insertion on client pages We are looking ideally for someone with experience of API's for AWS Medialive & Wowza Engine, Nginx Kaltura, creating a HLS manifest from S3 through Nginx Kaltura, MongoDB and working with [login to view URL], but, the above is the first job in the workflow.
