For your project, I can deploy the bot on AWS using Lamba incase you are using a webhook along with API gateway. In case you are using polling, then lambda can be used as a cron job too in case of this to keep polling. In both cases , I will setup necessary IAM and networking like vpc, firewall, etc ...
