Front end Web and Mobile App. Design

We are developing an enterprise BI application.  This project relates to the front-end web design of the application.  We have stood up a backend infrastructure of Hadoop and SQL in a cloud environment, and created the front-end screens for the application in mockup/wireframe form.  We would provide you with the mocked up screens, and you would produce a fully functioning front end of the application across Web, iOS, Android and Windows platforms. The front end of this application is designed to query the cloud-based Hadoop/SQL infrastructure.  Thus, each screen has a combination of graphs/tables, and your job would be to design the graphs/tables on the screen and have them query the applicable data on the back end.  The screens would need to be able to update dynamically: if a user changes a time period of the graph, for example, the applicable graphs/tables should update based on this selection without reloading the page. The charts and other features such as maps require integration such that they are fully interactive for the end user to get the maximum insight from the data underneath. Security is of paramount importance, and communication between the application and the cloud Hadoop/SQL back end must be done using best practice security methods.   Above all else, while we have designed mockups, our goal for the front end is to be future looking and game changing:  Too many business applications have a dated feel, even out of the box.  Any experience designing games or mobile apps is key, because we want this to feel like a different kind of “business app” – emphasis on the “app” and not on the “business”.  This is not only technical build but must also consider UI design core capability. For the current scope, there are 6 metrics divided into ~4-6 screens per metric, with additional scope being designed an open to design if the initial work is completed in a satisfactory manner. The idea is that a user can drill down or up (Zoom in/out) dependent on their role or interest.  We have a team of developers in flight for various aspects of this but you would be required to come in and complete this phase in a leading, hands on proactive and extremely positive manner. This is the first of a series of phases and we have two major customers starting PoC's with us. The style of work will be agile software development, whereby we will iterate daily, providing feedback and changes. We have an extremely aggressive timeline, and would looking to have a fully functioning test within 3 weeks. This project requires a HIGHLY SKILLED, HIGHLY MOTIVATED individual.
