as seen that you are Mexico based, I am also, we can communication in Spanish also. For your information, once a app is setup for using iBeacon, it will run automatic in background, even when the user manually quits the app or restart the device, the app will fire when coming in the specific iBeacon area. You can send me UDID of iOS device and UUID of iBeacon and I can share a demo app with you, so you can test "real" how it works. the app will fire when coming in iBeacon area and fire when leaving the area. Access Internet to download content for the messages, this content can be modified by yourself. You will see that this is the main functionality that iBeacon has to support.
