Need telegram API abstraction for my application in PlayStore. Check Attached requirements for details. File is a text file. In summary, you will have to create a plugin/adapter which can communicate with Telegram API. We will also require a simple android interface which will help us to test your implementation. No need to be bothered about fancy features of a chat messenger for this android interface as it will be thrown away after testing and integration. Details are listed in the "telegram requirements" file. The max project budget is 100AUD, as Telegram API is well documented and pretty straightforward. Because of time crunch i need someone else to complete this "abstraction" for me. Let me know if you have any concerns or need any clarifications.
