hello... i'm from malaysia I would like to have student attendance system. In this project, biometric system (face detection @face recognition) will be developed in which the face will be captured in order for the lecturers to record the student attendance. Students only have to stand in front of the camera and the camera will capture face images and match them with existing data( using android phone). The system can also automatically calculate the percentage of student attendance and print warning letters for students who have absent more than 20%. 1) i want to know the budget 2) could you do it within a week 3) do i get all the source code 4) how can i make a payment do reply to me ASAP

Below are my comments to your questions: 1) i want to know the budget >> I put in my bid. 2) could you do it within a week >> I can try, but I will take 10 days max including testing and integrating final release version . 3) do i get all the source code >> Sure. 4) how can i make a payment >> You can pay in milestones, we can divide the project into parts and when you feel that this part/percentage of work is done and if you are satisfied then you can release payment for that part only.
