Generar fichero AAB para APP actual Android que soporte “API level *33* or higher”

ENGLISH: + I am looking for a freelancer to create a new version of my current published Android APP. + Google in the "developers console" control panel demands to create a new version of the APP that supports "API level 33 or higher" before August 31, 2023: (...) I also see an APK and reduced-size AAB file of the updated version that another developer created for me months ago with the latest versions of the libraries, but that has remained unpublished in the air after paying him for the work. I have verified that I have an AAB file, but I do not know if it is valid, I have not been able to test it, the Google web panel says "To upload an Android App Bundle you must be enrolled in Play app signing.-. I will need support to correct that point so i wil not waste time researching. + In theory, generating the AAB file should be enough, if the programmer updated the libraries correctly, from what I read I understand that it should work. ============== WORK PLANNING: 1. DEVELOPER WORK 1: Verify/correct if necessary to change something to solve the "API level 33" that Google requires, it is enough to generate the AAB file with the code that a programmer updated me a short time ago and I verified that the APK worked and the SDK was up to date so in theory the job was done. 2. DEVELOPER WORK 2: correct some minimal specific error that showuld be detected when doing the tests and regenerate the AAB file once corrected. Give me the corrected code and document the adjustment made to the code. 3. I will verify in Google developer console that Google accepts it to update the current app, that the "API level 33" error no longer appears when uploading it, and I will verify the % "acceptable" ratio of supported devices to make it functional. Veo que también un fichero APK y AAB de tamaño reducido de la versión actualizada que me creó hace meses otro desarrollador con las últimas versiones de las librerías, pero que se ha quedado en el aire sin publicar tras pagarle por el trabajo. He verificado que tengo un fichero AAB, pero desconozco si es válido, no he podido probarlo, el panel web de Google dice "-To upload an Android App Bundle you must be enrolled in Play app signing.-. Necesitaré soporte para corregir ese punto para no perder el tiempo investigando. + En teoría, con generar el fichero AAB debería ser suficiente, si el programador actualizó las librerías correctamente, según leo entiendo que debería funcionar. ============= PLANIFICACIÓN TRABAJO: 1. TRABAJO DESARROLLADOR 1: Verificar/corregir si fuese necesario cambiar algo para solventar lo de “API level 33” que exige Google basta con generar el fichero AAB con el código que me actualizó un programador hace poco tiempo y verifiqué que el APK funcionaba y el SDK estaba actualizado por lo que en teoría el trabajo estaba hecho. 2. TRABAJO DESARROLLADOR 2: corregir algún error mínimo puntual que se detecte al hacer las pruebas y volver a generar el fichero AAB una vez corregido. Entregarme el código corregido y documentar “mínimamente” el ajuste realizado. 3. YO verificaré en Google developer console que Google la acepta para actualizar la app actual, que ya no salga ese error de “API level 33” al subirla, y verificaré el ratio % “aceptable” de dispositivos soportados para que sea funcional. El desarrollador me apoyará ante alguna duda que me plantee Google para firmar y validar la publicación de esa versión nueva.
