Project Description: Company to Create Social Media Video Ads READ THIS PROJECT DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU RESPOND. We are an American company in the music business and we are offering a product where customers can upload songs and participate in a mentoring and song critiquing process from anywhere in the world with our hit making songwriters, producers, and artists in Nashville TN. We are going to start a 5 to 10 day sprint on January 15th at 8:30am EST where our team of 10 people will be meeting each day on Microsoft Teams to brainstorm ideas for our Marketing campaigns and create the marketing assets for Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, and Google Ads. The meetings will least 2 to 4 hours each DAY for 5 to 10 consecutive days and we will be working STRAIGHT THROUGH THE WEEKEND as well. We are looking for an agency that has enough video creators/editors to turn around these videos quickly. There will be all types of videos from 100% digital generated, to possible some with greenscreen, to some requiring actors. There will be many videos and the lengths will range from 15, 30 to 60 seconds. Requirements - Proven experience creating videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads. (please send examples of ads for ALL platforms with your proposal or it WILL NOT be considered). - Strong understanding of social media marketing and advertising strategies - Ability to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing content - Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media advertising - MUST have a high-level creative person who will serve as project manager from your side with perfect English. This person will need to attend the daily meetings starting January 15th at 8:30am EST, and continuing for 5 to 10 straight days (including the weekend) where we will brainstorm and defining requirements, then they will take the work back to your team to be completed. This person must be "high-end" and have knowledge of ad strategies for all social media networks. - Ability to create all types of videos from green screen, videos with actors, or all digital videos. - Must have sufficient resources on your team to work on multiple videos at one time. We will pay a flat rate for the work. Right now, please base your proposal price on an average of 2 hours per day in meetings for 7 days, and 40 hours of video creative work by your backend team, for a total of 54 hours.
