Pixel art animation -- 2

Hi there! I'm looking to get an looped 8bit gif for my company and your art style closely matches. Would you be able to make a world map with secure envelopes (representing sharing video with a play button as shown in picture) flying every which way between different countries? I also envision little 8 bit planes flying through and ships floating in the water to make it more elaborate. I've also attached my logo, which would ideally appear in the corner and represent the color palate preferably (if having the individual flag colors for each country is too wild) Let me know if this is possible at the Standard tier or something similar!
