Need to Build Arduino Breadboard Project

I am looking for someone to help me build an Arduino Breadboard project with an breadboard ,Arduino & Programming in Assembly Language. The project will have a short-term lifespan of 1-3 days. Ultimately, I am looking for a skilled freelancer who is capable of taking on this project experience in Arduino ,Arduino Uno or Mega Board , Programming Embedded Systems using Assembly Language ,Algorithm, Flowchart , Arduino sketches.
