Hi I Have two identical sql databases in two different places ( Main database and Slave Database) . I can synchronise changes made from users on both Main and slave databases only via email attachments . So I need a script to handle it sufficient and with no mistakes . If you interest please advise how you will handle it . PS in case the same record is changed on both databases wins the Main databases entries . Front end asp.net .

Hi! I did the same with a three databases setup: a Python script sent and received the changes through FTP. Triggers and program logic logged the changes. On your side: fast logging can be done with triggers. Another - slower - option is to mirror the database by the script, and scan the tables for changes. In this case you get a backup and log solution in the same time.

Hello. I am an ASP.NET / C# developer with 8 years experience. In particular, I am an expert in updating SQL databases using ASP.NET data controls such as the GridView. To perform this project, I will use two Gridview controls; one Gridview control will be bound to the Master database and the second GridView control is bound to the Slave database. There will be two buttons: one for updating the Master database and one for updating the Slave database. The GridView imports the record to be updated either from the keyboard or from some external data. That will be worked out later. If you give me this bid, I will produce a high quality product.
