ASP.NET Web App from Windows/iPhone application

Have an existing Windows application written in C#, Windows Presentation Foundation WPF. I need it implemented as a web app in ASP.NET and any other client side technology to make it appear as smooth as an iPhone app. The app is also available in iPhone, so you will be basing your UI design on the iPhone version. Much of the backend/Data Layer Access code is written in C# and can be copied and reused from the existing Windows application (it connects to a JSON web service to retrieve tall server data). So your part is only to implement the User Interface for the new web application to match the existing iPhone app, using the existing backend source code written in C# for the windows application.
