ASPX page, get data from XLS, write to 3 columns EQUALLY

I need an .aspx page that gets data from a .xls file (Excel 2003) and writes the data in column A (many rows) to (3) columns equally on the .aspx page. Column A is the only column that has data. When the row count is not divisible by (3) add the additional row to the first, then second column. Web server runs .NET 2.0 framework, IIS 6.0 Sending me the URL and a sample .xls file with sample data that the .aspx page is reading would be very helpful. Thank you.
