This project is to build an internet florist site with crm backend. We want it built for the asp.net platform, preferable using Ablecommerce ([login to view URL]) and Stone Edge Order Manager ([login to view URL]). If you have alternative suggestions, please inform about those. Presently we are running our asp-based site [login to view URL] on a custom built (and quite limited) system. Generally we want to migrate the basic fuctions and layout from our present site to the new one, and then add more functions. Here is a description of the most important functions, some of them may already be included as standard features in Ablecommerce and Order Manager: For front-end: - Slightly change the layout on the first page, including the menues. - One frameset for the front page, and another (slightly different) for the remaining pages. - Most products with 3 different sizes/prices. - "Set your own price"-products with a set mininmum price and a set recommended price when you put it in the basket. Customer must be able to change the price. - On front page: Subscribermail subscribe newsletter. - Submenues in the top menu. - A good search function - All dates, etc. in Norwegian/European formats - Displaying the "step-icons" on the top when you are checking out. - Generally more "help" texts during chek-out. - Freight price depending on country. For Norway also "express-freight" alternative (delivery within 2 hours) in selected post code areas. Must be easy to change the post codes/areas. Choose between delivery "a.m." and "p.m." - Card message with suggestion texts divided into categories. Being able to pick at text wich is then inserted into the card text field. Then customer can change it if he wants to. Text limited to 200 characters (under the field: script showing remaining characters you can add while writing) - Product picture in the basket during check out. - Able to ship to different addresses, one or more items per address. Must also be able to have 2 deliveries to same address on different dates/time. Delivery charge per delivery, depending on country and express/ordinary delivery. - Choose between "shop as registerede customer" and "shop as non registered customer". - On login-area: Save own addresses + possible to choose from a list of "common delivery addresses"(like hospitals, hotels, etc.). - Able to use campaign coda & gift certificate code in payment. - Payment: Quote if "Private", "Company" or "Other" (after choosing the fields not neccassary to fill in "inactive"). - Choose between payment options: Creditcard or Invoice or gift certificate. - Creditcard: Install payment gateway for BBS Netterminal ("standard" payment gateway, manuals English) - Invoice: Install credit check script from Lindorff Decision (manual in English) - Install script for Tradedoubler affiliate system (manual in English) - Automatically display order confirmation + send same as mail + redirect to front page. - Cookie to keep order information in browser if the order process is cut off before end. - Be able to subscribe to newsletter when checking out. Back-end/order manager: - All dates, currency etc. in Norwegian/Western European formats. - Address fields in Norwegian/Western European formats (postal code in front of city, no zip, no state) - Coordinate payment options in Ablecommerce with the handling in Order Manager. - Being able to pick vendor based on the location (postal code), from a prefigured/imported/updated list showing vendor name, vendor ID, vendor shipping price for exact location, vendor location(city name), vendor fax number. - Export order information (including chosen vendor) into text/xml-file or fax for sending to vendor/shipper - Export order information into text/xml-file for import in accounting system. The system must be completely installed and ready to use at a reliable and professional hosting service which we agree on (please suggest). In addition to hosting, we will cover the cost for: - AbleCommerce Asp.Net Shopping Cart - CommerceBuilder® Source (for AbleCommerce) if neccessary - Order Manager for Able Commerce with Extended Support We will own the complete code, and will ask you to agree not to use it in a competitive or resold fashion if you take on this project.
