Multi Faceted Dev - Web Iphone POS

Scope of the Project: We are looking to create an online restaurant reservation system that will service an ever expanding client base. The web component will have to interface with the installed Point of Sale systems that already exist in each restaurant using Microsoft COM technology and a SDK supplied by the POS unit vendor. The site has to be dynamic, database driven, and will have multiple interfaces. 1) The consumer interface that allows the customer to find restaurants in their area and make the online reservation. 2) An interface that allows the vendor to customize their listing, determine how many tables to make available, and download customer information from previous reservations for marketing purposes. 3) An overall administrative interface that allows us, the site owners, to create and administer vendor accounts. This is a ground up design and development project, and ideally we are looking for one company that can handle all of it for us. The icing on the cake is an iphone application that allows the customers to make reservations directly from their iphone. A company that can handle everything is ideal, but if you can't do the iphone portion we are willing to segment off that portion of the job to another firm.
