Project description: I'm looking for a freelancer to create a location based WEB AR app sample page for my [login to view URL] website. The solution should allow displaying a 3D model, say a building at a specified position, through a location reference mesh or marker. I would prefer a marker solution. The marker should only be used for initial placement of the 3D model, and the model should remain in position even when the marker is out of view of the camera. The solution should work on Android and IOS and can be installed on my WEB server without depending on external services. The solution must also be able to integrate other media elements such as text, images, videos and link buttons like [login to view URL] It may be a modified version of this page, but the marker should only be used for initial placement of the 3D model. [login to view URL] is made by me, but I'm a 3d modeler, not a programmer, so I thought it would be a good idea to turn to someone with more experience. I make renderings for architecture and some clients asked me for a solution for the AR presentation of the buildings they made. Basically in front of the property on a billboard I should put a QR code and a marker and the customer should go to the QR link, point the phone camera at the marker and the building should appear in AR at the specified location. As I said, the marker should only be used at the initial location of the model, afterwards the client can see the model in position even if it moves and the marker is no longer in the camera's view.
