Need Designer for Monthly Digital Billboards - Trial Project with Texas Flag Theme

We are looking for a graphic designer to design digital billboards for a company that rents storage units. The company colors are **red, white, and blue.** For our first design, we would like a billboard design that uses the Texas flag. I am attaching several examples of the Texas flag that you can use for the initial design. If you would like to use an image from [login to view URL], please download their comp for the initial design. If we choose your design, we will purchase the high-res image for you to use for the final file. Here is an example of a digital billboard as you might see it driving by on the highway. Note that the image is high contrast, colorful, and there is not much text. ![][1] Remember, this billboard design should use the Texas flag (feel free to use the attached samples or download a comp from [Shutterstock][2]). The colors of the text should be red, white, blue, or a complementary neutral color. I have never used this "crowdsourcing" feature from Vworker, but wanted to try it. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate price for a graphic project like this.
