BitCoin wallets

Hi, I am looking to hire a coder who understands and has well knowledge about BitCoins and how they work. The coder will need to build me a BitCoin wallets website where people can create online wallets and move BitCoin from one to another. Security of the website is important, we will have to have many security measure levels to insure the Authorized transaction are valid and no Fraud. There are more things need to be build. Everything is based on how BitCoin works, which is why I need the Coder to be very very very knowledgeable about BitCoin. If you don't understand BitCoin or if you are beginner or even have only half way knowledge about BitCoin then don't apply. Again I need a professional in this matter. I will hire based on a monthly rate. $500 a month each month. I will need you to build what I need and maintain it. Provide update when needed. You will have to be completely available for this project. Communication is a must, we will have a daily report on progress and what is going on. you can have 2 days off (Friday and Saturday) or (Saturday and Sunday) you decide. This is going to be a long term project if you are doing well. I need to see a sample of your work (proven to be yours), and you will have to prove your knowledge about BitCoin.
