Having studied Psychology at University I have a god academic understanding of depression and its effects. Alongside that knowledge however, is my own personal knowledge as a person who has dealt with Bi-polar disorder I have had to learn to deal with my own depressive states throughout my life. I have previously written two books that are fact based, both were based on my experiences as a full time carer for a family member and they are available on Amazon. The project description is quite sparse so I have entered a bid that is open to discussion, as is the time frame, both ultimately will be dependent upon the nature of the task that is required.

Here I am giving you an abstract of my write up:- I did not even realise when the sky turned from black to deep blue. Sitting on the terrace’s hard cold ground, I felt tepid. This transition in the sky was also accompanied by a bitter frost. To counter that, I cuddled myself up. And as I did so, I felt the warmth of my body that provided me an unexpected solace. Although all these circumstances were wretched, I did not want them to go away. I wanted them to stay eternally; somehow they provided me with serenity and tranquillity. My image will be overshadowed by the towering stature of the so called ‘distinguished people.’ This thought puts a peculiar curiosity within me – as to what is success? How and when do we know we have achieved the ultimate goal of our life? How do we know that reached our destination or are we still chasing the clouds? My thoughts wander to these fabricated places created in my mind space. And as one is fighting an internal fight, in an Indian Society, one has to deal with another can of worms. This being what the society wants from you. In addition to your expectation from one’s own self, one has to cater to the apprehension of the society. Good evening, I studied psychology and I have knowledge about this modern mental state called depression. I don't know for which type of public is this writing for, neither how long is this work going to be online, but I think that the most people know of and can deal with depression, it's better for everyone, so, I am very interested in working and helping with that. I would make some references research first, and then I would make the writing (writings?), in no more than 500 words (if just one) or no more than 200 words (if it is two or three writings). I would complete this job in no more than 5 days.
