Design Drawings for a Laneway/Coach House

I am looking for a skilled designer who can create Architectural drawings (plans, elevations, electrical, plumbing, renderings, etc) for a laneway/coach house that I am planning to build for personal use. I need proper plans for a permit application. I have rough guidelines for the design, but I am open to recommendations. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating detailed plans and be able to incorporate my preferences into the design. Skills and experience needed: - Proficiency in creating Architectural plans - preferably Canadian projects - Familiarity with house design - Ability to incorporate client preferences into the design Docs I have provided: 1. A basic plan I made for the site. The basic dimensions are 15'W x 30'L (may be able to stretch to 16x30 - please check this in the lot plan to see if it will work). It is 2 floors. I would like you to make this work and I am open to suggestions. 2. A site plan from a 2010 permit application. This will be helpful for you to see where it's going and the lot we're working with. I plan to put it where the current Carport is. 3. An existing picture of the front of the house. Please keep in mind that the exterior architecture should match, but we plan to paint the house grey with white trim to modernize it, so colors don't matter right now. 4. Some pictures of the back - you can see the pool, as well as the carport to replace and area surrounding. Notes: We will need to provide some sort of parking spot on the lot - likely space in front of the front door or beside. But keep in mind there is the pool, etc. The back door has to open into the yard - perhaps a small deck with a step to the yard. I am open to advice and suggestions.
