Esports Arena

This contest was created to help design the future of esports in the Midwest. Here is a quick description of the project: 1- The arena will be aprox 6000 sq ft and include a 2nd floor mezzanine of 2000 sq ft 2- The main floor area will have 60 gaming pc setups (desks, chairs, monitor and pc), a casual gaming lounge area that features 4 large flat screen tvs and couches, 2 streaming rooms (90 sq ft each), two vip/party rooms (roughly 350 sq ft each, these rooms should have room for couch and multiple gaming stations), a bar space for 15 customers (there should be tvs throughout the bar), and a stage with room for 12 pc station and 50+ spectators. 3- The entry should have a small location for cashier and some retail clothing options 4- There should be a control room for the server and IT equip 5- The second floor will include 2 offices and a conference room (the offices should overlook the stage and spectators with glass walls), private VIP room (400 sq ft) overlooking the stage area and include half glass walls and railings, a dedictate room for production and broadcasting, and open multipurpose space that has some area to overlook the stage area. Design description: 1- Floor plan that flows smoothly throughout the entire building. The casual gaming space should be close to the bar or the bar within the casual space. 2- The store should have one entry ( big door) 3- The whole space should be 3d designed (counter, all sections ,roof structure, walls, gaming tables) 4- The atmosphere should be dimmed for computer sections 5- the atmosphere should have gaming atmosphere which should have drawings of gaming characters 6- when designing keep in mind the contracting budget for this store, it shouldnt be excessive We have provided some examples for gaming centers that meet the requirements of what we are looking for. what we need: 1- floor plan - please be creative 2- 3d design for exterior and interior of the store
