I would like to develop Kenya’s No.1 Real Estate Classified Website for Private house owners & Real Estate Agents with a simple interface. My focus is to list properties in residential and commercial sectors from accredited agents and private house owners. The core business will be getting real estate agents and landlords to list their property on the website and Advertising the website for hits using different avenues like real estate magazines, social media and hopefully one day billboards and radio. Also the presentation should also call upon real estate stalk holders like Mortgage firms, Movers to advertise on their website.
