Betfair Betting Exchange - Automated Trading Bot

I am looking for an automated trading solution bot for the betting exchange Betfair for a Client! I have attached a specification for your perusal. I would welcome any coments/suggestions/questions with regard to this - please contact me through the elance message board. You may be aware that there are a number of official betfair API solutions that allow the user to set-up bots via exel etc such as marketfeeder pro and bfexplorer. I am happy for your product to utilize one of these but please state which program is required and if i need to purchase a seperate licence to run the host software. If its a stand-alone solution that you are proposing please confirm what charges I will have to pay on an ongoing basis to use the betfair API. There are a number of functionality issues / options outlined in the attached document so please include as much information as possible regarding your proposed solution. I propose to pay a fixed fee for the project. I am really looking forward to this one and I have several other similar projects in the pipeline, so an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship would be good. Thanks
