I require a tracking device that will follow an email I would sent to a client, the client would then forward this email onto other people or contacts that they know. I will be able to track this process, ideally online. The information I would see would be the initial email I sent to my client, underlying this would be all the email address my client has forwarded the email on to. The email the email will supply links to my website. Each area of the website will need to be tracked also. I will need to know when each address has completed a questionnaire (available on my website), whether they make a request for business or more information or what part of the site they spent their time looking at. All this will need to be logged and recorded under the first email address I initially sent the email to – also known as the [login to view URL] is so i can see what contacts that were forwarded the email have come back to make a purchase or to request more information. All these statistics including the completed questionnaires will need to be displayed with charts. Please feel free to ask any questions
