A Basic Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Design

As it is stated in the project name, I am planning on creating a basic UAV. Basically a Rc plane with 2 cameras on it(one facing forward ,one facing downward), the plane will be controlled via a computer and will have a long range(2 miles) and the battery should last 30-45mins. Project Specs: *A RC plane I will be using this airplane to mount all the devices on : [login to view URL] *2 HD cameras *Needs to use this cable to attach a radio controller to my computer: [login to view URL] *Needs to have a trackable GPS device on the plane *Both cameras should transmit videos to my computer *I should be able to control the plane using this joystick: [login to view URL] *A software to enable the user control the plane using a joystick thats attached to the computer that is attached to an RC controller *Another software that uses gps coordinates and directs the plane to those coordinates. Once the plane approaches those coordinates it should simply head back.(Im not sure about this feature, it is debatable) THE PERSON WHO IS TO BID SHOULD BE WILLING TO GIVE ME ADVICE. I AM BASICALLY HIRING YOU FOR YOUR GUIDANCE. YOU SHOULD BE WILLING TO TALK TO ME FOR HOURS AND I WILL PAY YOU BY THE HOUR ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS WORK ON THIS PROJECT WITH ME(THROUGH SKYPE). I AM PERFECTLY CAPABLE OF DEVELOPING SOFTWARE , I NEED HELP ON THE ELECTRONIC PART OF THE PROJECT, HOWEVER, YOU SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO PROGRAM WITH C/C++. PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE. I WILL START THE PEROJECT ONCE WE AGREE ON THE FEATURES AND WHAT WE CAN USE ON THIS PLANE. AGAIN, I AM REMINDING YOU THAT I WILL BE PAYING YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE AND I WILL PAY YOU BY THE HOUR. ALSO PLEASE NOTICE THAT THIS IS A LONG TERM PROJECT AND YOU SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR COUNSELING FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OR UNTIL I AM DONE WITH THE PROJECT. Thank you
