Hello! I am ready for applying your task but there are some questions: What type of sensors do you have and how many of them? I'm control systems engineer and I have deep experience in MCU programming including arduino. However I have a question about html page with indications. I can say for sure that running web-server on arduino board can be too heavy for it.

Hi Helder, My name is Randy Boulter, and I am an electrical design engineer with over 25 years experience. I am also a native English speaker and writer. I have 7 years experience with a major defense contractor working on a large array processing system. I have 7 years digital and analog experience with a major manufacturer of building automation controls (HVAC, lighting and access controls, and a variety of digital and analog sensors). I also have 10 years experience in embedded systems design, mainly controls and automating tasks. I am retired (early) and do this as a hobby as much as a business. I enjoy creating electronic circuits. I have a strong work ethic and do not give up until I get it right. I have spent the last 22 years dealing with control loops based on all kinds of systems, as well as with embedded systems using sensors such as temperature, water temperature and relative humidity. I can do this job for you in a period of 3 weeks for a fixed fee of $250.00. The 3 weeks allows for shipping time for the pcb and the parts and shipping time to you (I am in the US). I would ask for milestones at significant points in the project, such as delivery of such as delivery of schematic, delivery of pcb layout, manufacture of pcb, purchase of rH and pH sensors (these are rather expensive).
